Payment Options
We accept payment over the phone by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express. Alternatively you can post a Money Order or Cheque. Please note that any order paid by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared. Please note that all price quoted are in Australian dollars.

Privacy
Post Office Patchwork will not collect or retain any personal information except for the information knowingly supplied by yourself when you either purchase a product or make an inquiry. Your personal information will never be released to a third party without your consent. We are committed to security and will take all reasonable steps to make sure that the security of all your personal information is retained. We will not send you email advertising information unless you have agreed or requested to receive it and you may withdraw from our email list at any time by advising us via our contact page.

Backorders
We will do our best to ensure that all items listed on our site are available. If in the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, we will send what is available and send the balance when it arrives. Payment of postage will only apply once. If in the event of an overseas order, we will wait until the order is complete before posting.

Discontinued Items
We will do our best to keep all items on our site current. In the unlikely event of an item being no longer available, we will contact you and either not process any payment or issue you a full refund for the discontinued item.

Item Returns
You may return an item in its original condition which must not be cut, washed or dyed for a refund or credit to your account and this must be within 14 days of you receiving your order. Return postage charges should be prepaid and any refund of postage charges will only be on the basis of the return being due to our error. The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. After a return has been received it will take up to five workings days to process and a refund cheque will be posted to you.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will apply to all orders. The following charges are for orders within Australia, if in the event of an overseas order charges will be advised at time of order.

All orders unless specified, will be sent via normal mail with Australia Post.
If you would like your order to be sent via Express Post or Registered Post, we can do so for an extra charge, please see the bellow prices.

Please Note: - Sending your order Express Post or Registered Post is not essential, but if for some unknown reason your parcel goes missing, the envelopes and parcels have a way of being traced
